the location was good and the breakfast was splendid.
Missed air condition in the rooms and it was really hot and difficult to sleep. Some renovation would also be good for furniture's and the bathroom equipents

Egy különleges hangulatú szállás a várfalakon belül. A szoba jól felszerelt és kényelmes volt.
A reggeli finom és bőséges volt.

A reggeli finom és bőséges volt, a megszokott reggeli választék megtalálható volt. A környezet gyönyörű, igazi „vár hangulatot” árasztott. A vacsora nagyon ízletes volt, az adagok pedig megfelelő mennyiségűek. A különleges kéréseket is rugalmasan és segítőkészen kezelték, így összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk az étkezéssel.
A második emeleten található szobákban elhelyezett mobilklímák 31 °C-ra voltak beállítva, és nem kaptunk hozzájuk távirányítót, így a hőmérsékletet nem tudtuk szabályozni. Emiatt a szobákban kellemetlenül meleg volt, ami jelentősen rontotta a komfortérzetünket.

Great views, good location, cleanliness, high water pressure shower, neatly closing shower doors, excellent food and wine in the à la carte restaurant in the same building. They said some rooms will receive some renovation probably in 2026.
Unwelcoming personnel, most of whom spoke no English or German; no AC, loud ventilator in the room, no vent in the bathroom, sitting and smoking area being just under the windows; some of the personnel hiding themselves on the stairs and other places; inadequate breakfast.
