Very last thing on write up was that upper floors were only accessible by stairs....it didnt state no rooms on lower floors and after booking 12 successive hotels i must have missed the very last item or misunderstood there were no rooms on lower levels which was a big problem for our disabled friend. The lady at hotel was helpful as she changed her room so she was on first floor and not at very top of building.
