This hotel has a nice location very close to the Eiffel tower, some nice bakeries and restaurants, and bus lines/some subway routes. As others have stated, it's also new and clean and makes good use of limited room space.
Several days of my stay, the water did not work in the mornings. Sometimes the shower would shoot scalding hot or freezing water or no water at all. The room also had air conditioning, but it didn't seem very responsive. It was warm some nights, and the blankets were very thick and heavy.
