Location
Not really a 5* experience we paid for. Staff need to be more customer focused. Check in and check out were poor. Took way too long. Other people complained at the desk. No flow or clear roles for check-in staff. The hotel is missing details to be 5☆. Beach club sun loungers as an extra was very annoying compared to their 5☆ peers in other resorts . No small snacks available in room or bar.
