Good food, friendly staff

No air conditioning

Spacious and clean room, calm area, professional staff, fairly good restaurant.

I had issues with the wifi on my laptop (was ok on my phone), it could be a problem of my laptop but the speed and stability was an issue even on my phone. Also if you travel on foot and not by a car the location isn't the greatest as it's at the edge of the city so you have some walking to do (or catch a bus) if you want to visit the city center or catch a train somewhere etc. But overall it is a good accommodation for shorter stays.

The room was tiny but spotless with a large comfortable bed. Reception was welcoming, public areas well decorated & with tableau of WW2 soldiers. Parking was plentiful & safe.

We were disappointed to find the well presented dining room was closed - on Saturday night too - as it was a main reason for choosing that hotel. We would have appreciated 1 English language TV channel. we

Handy location from main road. Helpful and pleasant receptionist.

Restaurant closed due to French holiday. Hotel full due to French holiday! Had to find other eaterie. No hot water, until established that it came from the blue tap. Tiny bathroom, basin and shower. Wifi virtually non existent, maybe due to distance from reception. Expensive for an off the motorway overnight. Was charged twice, though promptly refunded after email. Didn’t feel like value.
