Fantastic location, close to all that Morzine has to offer. Excellent staff, always helpful, great food, fantastic views and a super outdoor pool.
It is very traditional, and slightly quirky which is a good thing, but the bathrooms could do with a little upgrade.

Great outside and indoor pool, outside bar/food, breakfast selection
Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be expected but they don't have for some reason. Expensive for the time we visited.

Room was spotless and comfortable
The spa was really below par.. the jacuzzi was nearly cold and the steam room and sauna were turned off
There was rarely a staff member at the front dest to get help from
The advertisting on booking was misleading also as it said the hotel was central - it is half way up a mountain and accross a river - the oppsite of central.
Breakfast was passable - continental self service
