Es war rundum ein toller Aufenthalt! Der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und lobenswert.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für alle etwas da und es wurde fortlaufend dafür gesorgt, dass alles sauber bleibt und lückenlos aufgefüllt wurde
Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel kann man an der Stelle loben. Obwohl das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und man es an manchen kleinen Ecken sieht, lässt die Sauberkeit, der Service und die Lage das alles verschwinden. Daher gerne immer wieder :-)

This property has high potential but is nowhere near to realising it.
location next to the river is good albeit 30 minutes from Düsseldorf.
Despite phoning in advance to check that all rooms had air conditioning, we found out that on arrival no air conditioning in the hotel was working and hadn’t for some time - not good in 30 degrees temperature!
