Underground car parking, location and friendly & helpful staff at the reception.
There were sticky spots on the floor by the mini bar on the right hand side.

Free parking for hotel guests is great. Central location and attentive staff.
Our room strongly smelled like cigarette smoke. This was a bit unfortunate. There is a bar close by which played very loud music until late in the night.
