Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité, pour un prix très compétitif (12.5Eur)
Coin self-bar 24h/24: joli assortiment de boisson et snacks à déguster en chambre ou dans un petit salon.
Très bon accueil, le personnel est très sympathique.
Bonne literie, chambre moderne et confortable.
A proximité de l'autoroute.
Le parking est le point noir de cet hôtel: il n'y a pas assez de place disponibles, on ne peut pas réserver et les places pour des voitures électriques sont finalement occupées par des non électriques (ce qui est compréhensible, faute de place disponibles ailleurs). Bien que situé en banlieue de la ville, une fois le parking de l'hôtel rempli, il n'y a aucune véritable solution de stationnement à proximité - et les places en rue sont toutes prises.
L'hôtel est mal situé pour une visite et/ou diner en ville (d'autant que votre place sera prise à votre retour!)
Enfin, si le prix du petit déjeuner et du bar sont compétitifs, le prix des chambres nous à semblé un peu trop élevé.
Le programme pour les formalités de pré-enregistrement ne fonctionne pas correctement, lent, bugge - cela m'a pris 1/2 heure et j'ai du m'y reprendre à 3 fois - et encore, le compte des occupants n'était pas juste!

Wir waren im Apartment gegenüber dem Hotel im UG eines Einfamilienhauses untergebracht. Wir waren drei Personen. Platz war üppig vorhanden. Der Fernseher funktionierte einwandfrei. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Wenn ich der Architekt gewesen wäre, hätte ich die Zimmer anders aufgeteilt. Trotzdem, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Everything was great - the only slight discomfort for me was the bed mattress was a bit soft (I personally prefer a firm mattress!)

Das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Betten sind super bequem und man schläft wie auf Wolken. Rundum war es ein unbeschwerter Aufenthalt. Man fühlt sich als Gast direkt wie zu Hause.
Danke an alle die daran beteiligt waren und sind.
Für mich persönlich war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Besser, so glaube ich, kann man es nicht machen um den Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Sehr nettes Personal. Wir sind bei Ankunft persönlich vom Chef herzlich begrüßt worden. Sehr Hundefreundlich, im Zimmer waren ein Hundekörbchen und Futternäpfe bereitgestellt.
Im Zimmer war kein Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Alles, was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl.
Die Fahrräder waren gesichert in einem Schuppen, auch dort lag Werkzeug und eine Luftpumpe zur freien Verfügung.
Im Garten konnte man sich entspannen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Frühstück sehr gut im Preis/Leistungverhältnis die Zimmer haben unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Extra Unterstellmöglichkeit ( abschließber) für Fahrräder mit der Lademöglichkeit für e-bikes.

Starker Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Hotel, aber sehr gute Schallschutzmaßnehmen. Hat nicht gestört.

Ideal location for getting to the tech.museums. Owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Parking for the car was not a problem at all. Definitely can recommend.

The staff is very friendly, the room was well maintained and clean, breakfast was good, parking on the premises. Half an hour walk or short drive to the center of the town.
A minor thing: the shower head didn't function properly, so the water jet was quite small. For the rest everything was fine.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. I would really recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again.

Location of the annex is closer to city center than the reception. This was a surprise to us upon arrival, but in the end turned out better for getting around Speyer.
There was a problem with running water in the toilet, but the staff responded very quickly with helpful answers and it was fixed immediately. 👍

We had the appartment opposite the hotel. Appartement was very spacious and adequately furnished. Modern and clean. Location close to the city center and within walking distance of supermarkets.
The hotel and appartment are located next to a busy street. Traffic noise was somewhat intrusive.
