A traditional German hotel with cleans rooms and friendly staff
When we arrived on the Tuesday the hotel and local restaurants were closed after driving over 200 miles was a little issue not knowing this fully however we found a local supermarket open but this does not reflect on the hotel itself just be aware

Cosy guesthouse with a nice restaurant, where someone with green fingers keeps the geraniums in perfect shape. The rooms are in good condition, nothing to complain about.
The service was at times a bit inattentive and slightly disorganised. They may not be used to bookings via Booking.com, as we had some issues both at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good but ran out quickly and was only restocked when we asked.

clean, good parking, a pleasant helpful manager.
The restaurant was not open on a Tuesday - in spite of my sending 2 messages asking if it was I got no reply. we had to drive to the next village for dinner.
Breakfast was times to be up,to 9.30 a.m. but food was running out by 9.00 a.m.
