Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Lage top. Personal klasse.

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal hat gefragt, ob man Rührei oder Spiegelei möchte. Dann wurde dies frisch zubereitet. wirklich top. Auch die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und auch nett angerichtet. Die Lage des Hotel war sehr zentral zwischen Saar und Fußgängerzone, aber trotzdem ruhig (jedenfalls unser Zimmer). Personal inkl. Chef war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Sollten wir nochmal für einen Kurztrip nach Saarbrücken fahren und ein Hotel benötigen, ich wüßte, welches ich nehme.

Für einen längeren Urlaub wären uns die Zimmer etwas zu klein. Für einen Kurztrip (wir waren über Ostern dort) ist diie Zimmergröße vollkommend ausreichend.

fomos muito bem recepcionados pela funcionária do hotel. A localização é bem central, próxima de todos os pontos turísticos. O café da manhã tem muitas opções. Adoramos

um pouco difícil encontrar a garagem que existe no hotel, em função da sua localização em rua de acesso somente a pedestres. Contamos, no entanto, com a informação detalhada da funcionária da recepção e resolvemos o que parecia ser um problema

Es war besser als erwartet

Im allgemeinen kann man jede Bewertung aller Gäste übernehmen. Das Personal ist freundlich , kompetent und extrem hilfsbereit. Doch wo Licht ist, ist uch Schatten

Bei einem wirklich guten Frühstück haben mir besonders die Brötchen nicht gefallen. Haben meines Erachtens nichts mit Brötchen zu tun. Was mich noch mehr gestört hat ist der Umstand der Geräuschdämmung. Hier sollte etwas gemacht werden.⁷

Великолепный отдых в Сарбрюкене.

Мне понравилось что отель находится недалеко от Вокзала, что для меня было важно.Я заказала номер одноместный обычный а мне дали улучшеный номер Комфорт,я спала как королева на огромной удобной кровати.Окна выходили не на центр а на внутренний двор.Было очень чисто.Сантехника вся новая.Было тихо.Завтрак был очень хороший.Наелась на целый день.Если ещё буду тут обязательно остановлюсь у Вас.Огромное спасибо за все.

Все понравилось.Но наличии чайника в номере улучшило бы комфорт и пакетики с кофем и чаем...

Overall it’s no value for money.

The location is right in the city centre.

The room size is very small, the mattress is so soft that it becomes uncomfortable to sleep.

Location is perfect and the hotels communication was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the freshly made scrambled eggs were my daughters favorite. The room was great. Thank you

The staff were very helpful and the location was very central to the city. The breakfast was very good too.

Our room was extremely hot. There was a fan in the room but it could really benefit from air conditioning.

Friendly, clean and comfortable - a great location at a great price

Excellent location in city centre, room spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was clear that bathroom had been recently renovated. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Very friendly people. I appreciated the provision of a fan in the room!

Because the hotel is located on a busy street, it can be noisy - but the windows provide good sound insulation.

Not what we had expected.

We liked the lady from the hotel who helped us get into the underground parking lot which was a bit more of a cave and then helped us get out again so we could park outside the hotel. She was a one-woman team, for checking in, checking out, preparing and serving the breakfast. She was kind, friendly and accommodating.

We didn't like the fact that the photograph of the hotel showed a building in front of the water. There is no way, one could ever see the water. Our room faced the back of another building and the rooms on the other side of the hallway faced the shopping street. Actually, it felt more like checking into an airbnb in the city. The hotel is located within a building along the main shopping area. For shoppers, this may be a positive point but for us who had travelled more than 6 hours expecting to find a nice, little hotel along the water ... it was certainly a disappointment.

bizarre one night stay in a seemingly secret location of an office block masquerading as an hotel.

it was on my route. the helpful and efficient staff.

bizarre access, you may well be taken by satnav to a shopping area with no access to the hotel and no signs to assist. Once you find the illusive roundabout with a sign you will then have to buzz the hotel to get through a barrier. Then play spot the tiny hotel sign at the garage entrance. The garage is a typical French undercroft with no room to manoeuvre, pointless. The hotel itself is a few floors only of the building accessible by keys in the lift.

Won't be returning.

Location is very central.

Complications to find the parking and how tight and narrow it was. Room windows opened onto a series of ventilation outlets for surrounding buildings, very loud all night. The impression anyone off the street could be at our room door easily.
