The Hotel am Schelztor is just at the entrance of the historical centre of Esslingen. The room was clean, good size, the bed comfortable, the badroom clean and functional. There is a parking just behind the hotel wich is convinient. Breakfast is correct, traditional German.
The Wi-Fi could be a bit better, Teams went down sometimes. There is no store to make the room completely dark at night.

It was close to the medieval market
The parking was ridiculous. Layered the cars to where you could barely get in and had to wait for people to move their cars before we could move ours. The vinyl on the bed frame was peeling off.
