Zeer mooi verzorgd hotel en fantastische spa
De muziek was vreselijk. 4 dagen steeds dezelfde 5 of 6 nummers in restaurant (buiten) en de tuin waar je kan relaxen. Onbegrijpelijk dat ze daar niet bij stilstaan. Echt van de ochtend tot de avond . We hebben het vermeld, 2 keer zelfs. Die paar nummers op zich waren ok maar om de 15 minuten steeds hetzelfde moeten horen werkt na 2 dagen op de zenuwen, laat staan 4 dagen. Verder was alles top.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at the hotel. Our choice was influenced by the distance from our home—only 140 km. We had booked hotels along the Moselle River several times before, but this one turned out to be the best in every respect. We particularly enjoyed the lunch offered between breakfast and dinner. Key factors in our decision were the availability of a pool and sauna, as well as a beautiful view of the Moselle River.

The hotel is perfect, the pool and relaxation areas are plentiful and so peaceful and comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet with a great outdoor space and the bed was really comfortable. The food was really nice, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all excellent. The staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more for a relaxing spa break.

The location is really nice. The cleanliness is really great in the entire hotel and the rooms were spotless. The Sauna area is quite nice with many rooms for calming down. The staff are kind. The dinner was good and the bar of the hotel is very nice with cool cocktails. The hotel has fitness classes that the guests can attend and they are really great. The gym is spacious and clean as well.
It was quite difficult to find the parking of the hotel. When we eventually checked in and went to bring the car, the parking was full and in the end we needed to park the car outside in snowy weather and cold temperatures.
The pool area is not that nice. The number of chairs is not really proportional to the number of guests and during the time we visited it was so crowded that we could not find any place. The water temperature is very low both inside and outside and in general the pool is quite small.
The food quality for breakfast and lunch and pastries is not on par with a luxurious hotel really. Breakfast was very basic as well and not so many options. The dinner was fine but quantity-wise it was not great.
For me the value for money is not really there. For what the hotel is and services it provides, it is extremely expensive.
