Great location for Europa Park
Friendly staff
Very clean
Unable to leave luggage at hotel on check out day for us to collect later, but Europa Park did have lockers available for 1-4euros
Kettle in room would have been nice.

Too expensive..
The staff was quite rude! They didn’t speak English which is unacceptable because they have so many tourists because of Europa Park!
