Superb

Great apartment with kitchenette and spacious room and bathroom. Unlimited and free access to the gym (very appreciated!) and good breakfast included in the price. Staff is nice and helpful.

Staying in Buhl during the weekend (from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning) is a bit too quiet (no supermarkets or shops open except for Aldi on Saturday evening; many restaurants were closed too, including the restaurant within the hotel).

Quiet and comfortable short stop

Spacious well appointed modern room, and the hotel was located in a quiet suburb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed and there were areas in which to walk her. Breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed our evening meal at Bistro Henri, though the choice was limited. Convenient on site parking and easy access from the motorway; it was also convenient for a charging stop next morning at the Tesla supercharger near Achern. The hotel has one EV charger on site.

The bathroom lacked an extractor fan and the bedroom curtains were not very effective, so allowing in light.

Poor communication unnecessarily over charged

I did not have breakfast I booked a hotel that took pets was charged another 100 euros for my dogs on arrive , I was not asked on the booking and dog info

Nice short stay

The room we stayed had kitchen which was very helpful and the room was well maintained. can recommend if you are not looking for a very fancy room and stay for not more than 3 days

Superb

The room was extremely thought out and very well furnished. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel has free electric car charging points which is awesome. I reached the hotel very late, around 12 am. I could still check in since the keys had been left at the reception.

Good value for money and very friendly staff

We had a stop-over from italy to north germany for one night there. great value for money and good breakfast. staff at the reception and also at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

excellent fir stopping by one night, but I wish we explored more the services of the hotel.

We stopped by while driving from The Netherlands to Italy. travelling with a toddler and a dog. personnel was friendly, the structure excellent and the room with all services including kitchen.

Ideal for a short stay if you want to explore the black forest by bike. Close to the center of Bühl.

Huge rooms. Dinner was quickly served and very good. Variety of food during breakfast. Better than what you sometimes get in higher starred hotels. I asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator, which was provided without a problem.

It was very hot during the summer when I stayed here. And there is no air-conditioning. The staff provided the room with a fan which helps a bit.

Safe, clean and convenient if you travel with an electric car

Our room was cool even though outside was above 30 degrees these days. Food at breakfast was individually packed for sanitary reason. Hotel has on-site electric car charging with no extra fee. Overall we feel the hotel is safe, clean and convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
