We kregen een upgrade en hadden een heerlijk ruime kamer met airconditioning en een groot bad. Ook hebben we lekker gegeten in de brasserie, was het ontbijt goed en het personeel enorm vriendelijk.
Het enige minpuntje was dat we de koffie bij het ontbijt wat minder lekker vonden (maar kan smaak zijn)

Gutes Frühstück. Zentral gelegen
Waren leider zum Stadtfest dort. Und es war bis 2:00 mega laut!
Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nix

I have stayed here for many years, the location is convenient.
The change in staff and attitudes has deteriorated significantly since my last visit. In the restaurant the waitress assumed without asking she would keep the change an amount of 7 euro, the money is not the issue the fact she assumed she would keep the change is, If I decide to tip that is my prerogative.
Other waitresses would ignore you, look at you then decide to make calls on personal mobiles, the service level was very poor!
