We loved our room - great view! The staff at the pool were amazing (Margarita, Marbella, and Paulina took great care of us!)
There was some unfortunate street construction that made walking around a bit challenging.

The location is amazing. The view is second to none. They have a great restaurant on site. All the staff is wonderful and very helpful. We needed a few things done and they were right on it. Such a great group of people. We love Bucerias.
Like any hotel near the main highway, the front bedroom is incredibly noisy. The beds are hard but they gave me a topper which helped. They are in the process of renovating and the new units are lovely.
