The hotel was ideally located for us as we were competing at the adjoining equestrian centre. The room was nice, with good facilities. The pool area was amazing, really well laid out, free drinks and very clean. We really enjoyed relaxing in that area. Food was good and a reasonable price and the staff were welcoming and service was good. Everyone spoke English and were keen to help where they could.
I was unwell for the first few days (no fault of the hotel) and so was not really 'on it' and didn't notice initially we hadn't been given the air conditioned room we had booked. It was very hot whilst we were there, but once settled in the room it seemed inconvenient to have to move so we didn't. I do feel that I paid for something I didn't get however and that check in staff should have noticed.
Wasn't offered the spa package for the towels, robe etc, but not a big issue as just collected towels as we need them free of charge.
Room wasn't cleaned every day and sheets weren't changed for the duration (10 days), again, not a big issue, but I did expect slightly more given the price paid.

Lovely and clean, polite staff
Having to pay over 100 euros for 5 ppl to swim because we had check out and we’re waiting on a flight? , we also ate in the restaurant too, but to pay that for an hour swim was truly greedy of the hotel

Good sized bedroom with a very large bed. The wellness / swimming area very relaxing . Area around the hotel offers nice walks.
Our room unfortunately was above the kitchen area which was a little loud between 23.00 and 24.00 hrs. Cake that was offered in the afternoon only with alcohol! We had a 2 yr old with us , the waitress was not very helpful and said that was it! Next morning there was other sponge cakes on the buffet without alcohol! Why hadn’t she offered
us these!
Food was ok but nothing to write home about .
