Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Reception was welcoming. Only really stayed to get to airport early next morning.

The villa is truly beautiful, with well-separated rooms and thoughtfully designed spaces. Everything is clean and carefully furnished, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay.

Location, styling and breakfast were super. Personnel is kind and welcoming. We recommend this hotel and plan to visit again next Summer
Surprisingly, the towels were provided only for one person. The air conditioner was quite noisy. However, we recommned this hotel

We chose Villa Maya as we wanted to stay in a more traditional hotel and it was close to Pisa airport. Our stay was unremarkable.
Although the building is lovely with authentic furnishings inside, its large garden surroundings are poorly maintained. Outside seating needed a good dust down before we could sit and there was a shabby feel generally. The receptionist was not at all welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, although dark and small. We had to open the shutters in order to get some natural light to illuminate the room which meant it was quite noisy as opened straight on to the arrival area. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment - definitely style over substance. The claim that dishes weren't available due to having hosted a wedding sampling event was unacceptable - dishes should have been taken off the menu. Breakfast was not available early in the morning, so we had to miss it due to leaving for the airport. Will not return!
