Everything was quite good. The subway is around a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the city center. I also saw the option to take the bus just 2 minutes away, but I preferred to stick with the subway, which felt a bit faster.The staff was very attentive. During my stay, they asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I told them it wasn't necessary, but they still checked in. I always travel with my own toiletries and towel, so there was no need for changes. The room was already quite clean when I arrived.I could refill my cold water bottle at any time, and there was also the option to have breakfast at the hotel. It feels like a quiet place overall, and the AC worked very well, which was a lifesaver given the unbearable heat
The only downside I could mention is the noise and a little incident. Someone tried to open my room door, though I think it was just a crying child because I could hear his parents nearby. There were also many people talking loudly late at night. However, I heard another guest or maybe the personal ask them to lower their voices because people were trying to sleep. Even though you can hear the street traffic and hallways quite a bit from the room, I usually don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't ruin my stay.

In general the room was fine, not near the city center but well communicate by metro.
Some of the personal were really dishonest about the use of the air conditioner and not supplying the remote controller. Offering something that you don't want people to use.
