Close to Fiera Milano so easy to walk to/from whilst it was also easy to find and the host sent detailed instructions on WhatsApp before my arrival so I could easily find it and check in. It was clean, had a useful desk, and the room also had an en-suite toilet/shower, I was quickly and easily able to check in/out despite not speaking any Italian.
WiFi seemed non existent as I didn’t see any code or details for how to use it but that wasn’t a problem for me as I used my phone data instead and the location had a good 5G signal. The room had a fridge but nothing to make tea/coffee with such as a kettle and cups, unfortunately.

Overall good basic accommodation close to Milano exhibition centre staffed 24/7 whilst language barriers are obvious we got by with paper and pen successfully
OK fair to say having read other reviews I was a little nervous only issues were a dodgy tele signal and shower head hold missing a screw Internet worked fine, apart from a noisy neighbour nothing major
