The air conditioning was excellent, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was fantastic—we happened to be there during a weekend with several local events, and we could easily walk to all of them. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The only downside was that there wasn’t a self-service laundry facility, which would have been more convenient for a longer stay. However, the property did offer a laundry service with charges per item, which was helpful.

La camera pulitissima, personale gentile e disponibile, la posizione ottima si può andare a piedi in centro e si raggiungono a piedi tanti locali ,la colazione abbondante e varia
Il bagno è la camera hanno bisogno di qualche appendino per poter gestire meglio asciugamani e abiti giornalieri

On aime l’emplacement et la ville de Pula. Très propre et le soir on pouvait sortir faire le tour de la ville et manger. Un centre ville petit mais très charmant.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable et accueillant.
Petit déjeuner assez pauvre pas trop de choix à part des croissants fromage (une seule variété) du jambon. Jus industriel, fruits (banane et pommes). Yaourt et café (pain et eau bien sûr).
Mini frigo dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas (ils le savent mais ils l’ont pas annoncé donc pour avoir de l’eau fraîche le soir faut demander des glaçons) le wifi pas très fonctionnel ça se coupe et la connexion n’est pas bonne.
Je trouve que le prix par nuit est très cher pour que l’hôtel propose et offre.
Hotel 4 étoile mais à mon avis c’est plutôt 3 ou 2.
