I am delighted with this hotel. I loved everything . The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly. The rest of the staff—including the breakfast team and the housekeeping staff—were also fantastic. The view from my room was
breathtaking, and the room was spacious, attractive, and very clean.
Breakfast was very good—truly delicious. There was something for everyone.

The location is excellent. When I emailed a question before arriving, I received a prompt and helpful answer. The water is dispenser near the elevators is great! I appreciated that you did not supply water bottles but gave us an alternate water source - and the sparkling water option was most appreciated.

Very central with good transport and places to eat.
Only struck us after day two that we had been put in a room for disabled clients which we did not request.
Second bed in the room was very small.
Not a particularly good selection at breakfast.
