The place was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My husband and I couldn't ask for anything more! The breakfast was great. The staff were great. It was very pretty up on the roof also. The location was perfect. We r in the middle of old town and also steps from the beach. We will be definitely returning next year. The hotel was a little pricey but so worth it .
There wasn't anything I didn't like other than it was a little pricey. I would probably still pay the same amount next year because it was a great location and beautiful.

Exceptional location and beautiful character building. Spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the beach area. Comfortable facilities and attentive, friendly hist and staff.

Fantastic location within the old town. The breakfast was good, varied. The staff were absolutely wonderful; very friendly, accommodating, helpful.
The Palazzo itself is looking tired. We stayed in the 'Suite' the first night, and the room is very unimpressive. Except for the beautifully painted ceiling, the furnishings in the room were a hodgepodge of aged and unique pieces and ugly 70's vibe decor. Having said that, our son stayed in a cheerful single room with a lovely terrace. The entrance to the hotel is nondescript.
The Palazzo is supposedly a 5-Star accommodation, but it doesn't have a gym or pool, and it could desperately use an interior designer's help.
