El servicio excelente, Roussetos, Alexandra, David y todo el personal nos atendieron de primera, y nos ayudaron al instante con todos nuestros pedidos.
El auto y el transfer incluídos es un excelente servicio que no se consigue en la mayoría de los hoteles.
El desayuno, muy bueno, aunque quizás sería útil hacer un cuestionario previo a los huéspedes para ver qué prefieren, para no desperdiciar comida.
La ubicación es muy buena, alejada del bullicio, pero muy cerca de todo.
Muy recomendable!!
Los utensilios de cocina y cubiertos necesitan una pequeña renovación y quizás agregar algunos utensilios en la zona de la parrilla.
La sala no tenia aire acondicionado, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato con un ventilador.

We had a wonderful stay at Birds Villa in Santorini and would highly recommend it.
We stayed in the end ground-floor apartment, which was the perfect location for us. It had plenty of outside space and was ideally situated for easy access to the pool. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. One of the highlights was the freshly prepared breakfast each morning by Alexandra and her team with something different every day — a lovely touch that really made our stay feel special.
Perissa itself is lovely and peaceful, which we really enjoyed. The use of the hire car was ideal for exploring the island and seeing everything Santorini has to offer.
The mountain views from the property were simply stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop throughout our stay. We had a super time and had all our needs met by Alexandra and her team. We would happily go back.
It would have been useful to have a washing up bowl kept in the kitchen.

The location was great within walking distance to the main strip in Perissa.
Nice views of the little church which is amazing to walk to with great views!
Two pools and area nice and clean.
The white towels that are supplied in the bathroom could really do with changing, on a few occasions they had a not very nice smell to them, the pool towels were newer and much nicer.

Le petit dejeuner etait excellent et l organisation au top avec une navette qui vienne vous chercher et vous ramene à l aeroport ou au ferry. La voiture est indespensable pour faire des visites et est incluse dans le tarif. Tres belles piscines egalement
