Great location, short 5 minute walk to the action. Pool was a god send. Very clean and roomy enough for myself and wife plus our 2 daughters. Good for a family of 4.
Our welcome reception could have been better but on the whole a great stay.

I'm Greek but typing this in English so everyone can understand.
Most of our experience with this villa was great. The building looks very nice and our hotel room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable (although it's shorter than queen and king so my partner's legs were dangling off the bed), the pillows were nice, separate bathroom with toilet and sink were great and it stayed pretty cool inside.
They also had a mini bar and the prices were pretty reasonable. Obviously not as cheap as a bakery's or a supermarket's but much better than what hotels usually charge.
The pool area was very nice. Comfortable sun beds but the pool water was pretty cold. The location was also great for not being in the center.
The location is also very good. It's not in the center but it's only a 6 minute walk from the beginning of the cobblestone streets to get to the center which is filled with shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes total to get to downtown/port area. There's also a bakery super close to the hotel called Batistas. Great stuff, cheap for the most part and 24 hrs.
My biggest concern was the bad wifi. You never think traveling to a hotel will have a risk of bad wifi in 2026 but this is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel if wifi is important to you. In our case, my partner had been laid off from his job and had to remotely interview for another one while we were in this hotel and the wifi wouldn't load anything, so he had to switch to a phone call. We were lucky it wasn't a technical interview where he was being tested on finding an answer to an issue because that cannot be done over the phone.
When we asked one of the property staff if he could take the interview closer to the router, they immediately agreed. Unfortunately, we ended up having to buy wifi because even closer to the router (like right outside their reception area) the wifi speed was 2.5 Mbps when we tested it (for comparison at home we get 600 Mbps and at the hotel we went to right after we left villa Kelly, we got 25 Mbps which is still very good for video calls and stuff). We also came to find out that buying wifi didn't help the situation because the signal was also bad so the hotspot didn't work well. We had been told that the wifi is bad in the afternoon because everyone uses it then, but we experienced inability to load content at all times of day and night.
Also, the rain shower had nowhere to turn it on from, so I don't think it works. We used the handheld shower head to shower.
