Clean value for money. Actually even had a microwave in room I didn’t use it but useful for a longer stay I guess.

A really good budget hotel with easy access to the centre of Ipswich. My room was nice and clean, comfortable and quiet. The pedestrianized area of Ipswich is only a 5 minute walk away. Good parking. My thanks to Imran who was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. Highly recommended for a short stay. There are lots of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby.

The BBC shower was a hard to get the temperature correct but nothing serious

Good location
And very good communication from owner and friendly - owner gave invoice as requested
Dated, a bit scruffy and beds were uncomfortable but fine for a one night stay
