Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Room quiet.
Confusion at booking as hotel staff suggested it was overbooked but resolved. Internet dropped out a few times.

Nice comfortable hotel within close distance of Loughborough university which is what we were looking for.
As we are strangers to the area and it was dark when we arrived, we didn't know where the hotel entrance was and were taken by satnav through a housing estate which led us to the hotel but there was no access as there were bollards.

Dinner was great in the restaurant - unexpectedly good portions and variety
Bedroom was super cold. Cold to the bone.
