Ce qui agréable est la situation de l’hôtel, à proximité des quartiers historiques et festifs de Tours. Évidemment, l’hôtel n'est pas moderne mais le côté ancien peut séduire.
Cet hôtel aurait pu être convenable en dehors des périodes de canicules.
J'ai été très déçu par le système de climatisation mobile dont l'air est évacué par la fenêtre laissé ouverte : inefficace, bruyant, consommateur. J'ai l'habitude voyager à l'étranger et nous sommes à la traine en France sur ce point.
De plus, les serviettes de bain pendait chaque jour sur la poubelle placée juste en dessous. ce n'est pas propre et ceci est un point facilement améliorable.
