Not a pleasant stay. Will not book this place again.

Only things is the view.

We need to climb up the stairs case in the dark n no proper guidance from the front desk. We even climbed up to the wrong door. We are travelling with one senior citizen who are 83 years old.. the front door of our room was flooded and nobody swept away the water despite our late check in.

I would not comeback to this resort until they do something abt the road.

The Resort gave you the best view of Mt Kinabalu straight from your balcony. Something that you usually see on TV. View - 10/10 Room - 6/10 (seems old and smell weird) Breakfast - 8/10

The main Road to get to the Resort is not for the faint hearted. It was the most terrifying driving experience in my life. No Pavel, just rocks and mud. If it was raining, you'd be dead. Had to cancel our plan to go back into to town once checked in because it will be impossible to drive on during night time.

Environment is excellent, mount Kinabalu is right in front of the rooms we rented. The whole mountain view was amazing.

We rented 4 rooms. One of the toilet rooms was quite dirty and messy. Water leaking from the pipes, sanitary a bit poor.

A perfect place to stay to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy a great view

Great value for money as a simple breakfast buffet was provided by the resort. The view of Mount Kinabalu from the resort could not be more perfect. It's the best place to stay if you want a great view of the mountain and the valley.

The access road to the resort was very rocky and we feared for the condition of our car tyres. It's a dirt/asphalt road for about 3 kilometres (about 30 minutes).

I asked for a room facing Kinabalu mountain. Its beautiful and calm.

The location is too far out from the main road. Never expected it so all. Towels are full of stain.

Majestic view of Mount Kinabalu & sunrise - but infrastructure & facilities could much be improved

Was not expecting much when we came here. We know it's a 2 or 3 star resort. The most important is the majestic view of Mount Kinabalu from your room/balcony. That triumphs everything else. The room is comfortable & clean - well you don't stay that much in the room anyways. Just wake up to the sunrise over Mount Kinabalu, spend for a few hours gazing at the view and it made your day.

There is no proper road (no bitumen/tar) for about 5 km to the resort, have to drive very carefully and take care of your vehicle's tyres and suspension. Took us about 7 minutes to reach the resort with that road. The next morning, there's no water in our room - apparently the pipe water burst or problems with the water pressure. So we had to take shower at other rooms that guests have checked out. A bit troublesome, but not so bad. The breakfast was not great, but tolerable.
