It was good but it could of been a lot more better for the price it is

I liked that it was very spacious and comfy

The cleanliness. The cleanliness was okay it wasn’t good but it wasn’t terrible. Our first day there we found a cockroach that had run out from under the fridge. On top of the soap bottles in the bathroom were a pair of used eyelashes that looked like we’re sitting there for a while and just in general a whole load of dust

Wouldn't stay again

The location. Close to town. Has a washer and dryer. Views. The beds were comfortable and the espresso machine.

The bathroom needs to be renovated as soon as possible. Mouldy grout, tiles, recess etc. It's very obvious the moment you enter the bathroom that it's not to the standard of the hotel Mattress toppers and doona's should be cleaned and in some instances replaced. Large stains on doona and mattress topper very torn. A spring clean needs to be completed in this apartment, re-paint and repair.

Worst . DO NOT recommend .

The management is extremely rude . We were denied check in and the manager refused to check us in . Since it was a music festival time we had to spend time on road till morning . They charged me 400$ for one night stay and then denied us check in .

The management is extremely poor and ill mannered .

Lovely accommodation in great location for family holiday,highly recommend.

Fabulous location,short walk in to the town,near to the ferry terminal & airport.The accommodation was clean & also had amazing views.The staff were friendly & gave us good tips on local walks & places to eat.Lovely pool to relax after a busy day.

I was there for business and basically only slept in the room. I could have enjoyed the outside are

Good size 'apartment' style. Provided washing facilities as well as moderate level of cooking facilities.

The aircon was extremely cold and could not be raised in temperature. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Could have had a cooktop.

Is a little expensive for the state of it

the views were incredible. loved the jacuzzi Bath. swimming pool & jacuzzi outside looked amazing but didn’t get a chance to use. comfortable bed.

mould in the bathroom. the window from jacuzzi bath was not see through like the pictures - that was disappointing. everything was a little ‘tired’. not very clean - thick dust in the bedroom. Washing machine powder & washing up liquid in individual plastic wrappers - would prefer to just use a large container to reduce use of plastic.

Made mum mum and dad so happy

Excellent location. Just a short walk in to town and the harbour for the tours. Hotel was excellent clean friendly, excellent views, lovely pool.

Location was fantastic but when you book make sure you talk with the hotel cause the photos are not

Location was great.

I didn’t like the fact that when I booked the hotel I asked for a 3 bedroom apartment and the photos that I seen was not what we got. When I rang to ask them when I got to the room I was told it would be an extra $2500 for the 3 bedrooms. I wanted everyone together so that everyone felt like we we’re together and people didn’t sit in there own separate rooms cause it was a special occasion.

Very poor

Nothing. The hotel is far from the main street and shops. The quality of everything was terrible. One of the furniture was falty, broke and some glass from this incident cut me in various places. The hotel was going to contact me regarding this incident and never did. Don't go there. For the same price you can get a much nicer place closer to the main area/shops.

The cleanliness and quality of the furniture was soo poor that I had a shelf falling on top of me, breaking glasses and cutting me and even after all this the hotel didn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It can be a risk staying there.

A home away from home.

We absolutely loved this place. the view from the balcony is just picture perfect and the apartment is so lit up with a modern yet timeless style. very comfortable furnishings throughout. The bathrooms are modern and well presented. the bedrooms were large and clean and welcoming. the kitchen was nice and of good size and the laundry facilities were so useful. It was peaceful at night and the location is so close to everything by car.

I cannot fault it.

great location & view of the Airlie Bay, poolside access room was amazing. pool & spa was great. awesome aircon and comfy bedding. heaps of room. well load out and great location

needed a little maintenance and thorough clean. update crockery & cutlery. No dining options.

We will return to Airlie but are unlikely to book this accommodation again. We didn’t think it was worth the money we pa

The location and pool area were both good. We didn’t see any staff at the property but when we emailed, we received a quick response and they resolved the issue quickly.

When we first arrived the accommodation was not clean. This was resolved asap when we raised a complaint. Our room was dated and the carpets in the bedrooms definitely need replacing. They are grubby. The photographs of the accommodation online were definitely taken some time ago. They make the property look more modern.

Over priced

Lots of bathrooms. taxi service button at reception.

The hill is a pain to get up and down. We were offered a late check out because we had a late flight but they ended up booking the room to someone else.

Good view but not good value for money and not clean

Good views and nice spa area.

Not clean. Dirty cutlery and bed linens. Mattress was the least comfy amongst All other stays i had During this trip.

Okay stay for the price!

Great short walk to Port of Airlie, 10min brisk walk to town. Good amenities and very comfy bed!

Maintenance is lacking greatly, especially in bathrooms. Very steep entrance, most taxis and shuttles don’t pull into the parking area which makes access with luggage very difficult.
