Zentral im Ort Bergen gelegen und dennoch sehr viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Ziele für einen Wanderurlaub in der südlichen Lüneburger Heide wurden mit dem Auto schnell schnell erreicht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Zimmer vor kurzem renoviert. Das zum Hotel gehörende Lokal Desperados war sehr schön eingerichtet und bot eine Speisekarte, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Alleine schon die Wandbemalungen waren nebst anderen vielen Dingen schon der reinste Hingucker. Auch das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet. Das Betreiberehepaar war sehr nett!

Das sehr gute Essen im Steakrestaurant, die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Frühstück gab es nicht, war bei Buchung bekannt. Dafür bekamen wir einen Tip, wo wir gut frühstücken können.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Wir sind mit Auto und Fahrrädern angereist und bekamen ungefragt das freundliche Angebot, die Bikes in einer Garage unterzustellen. Sehr angenehm war der genial kurze Weg zum Steakhouse Desperados.
Die unangenehm laute Lüftung die die ganze Nacht lief wir schlafen grundsätzlich bei auf Kipp gestellten Fenstern. In der Hotelbeschreibung war angegeben, daß man Frühstück zugebuchen kann - leider war das (wg. Schwangerschaft) nicht möglich. Schade!!!
