Location was fantastic- close to everything including ferry and a great restaurant direct in front. Great view from balcony.

Breakfast was a little bit better than normal italian breakfast. Location was perfect, next to the lake and in the heart of Malcesine. We had also nice view to the lake.
Hotel staff started always conversation in Germain language which was a little odd. Most of guests was from Germany, so we understand it, but anyway it did not sound so good.

Location. Beds were firm but decent.
Hotel needs a remodel, updated decor and better towels. The place needs deep cleaning and kettles with tea in rooms or access to coffee and tea outside of breakfast hours.
