Liked the facilities, location, and staff; the room was fine, although it would have been better with a small kitchen.
Thomas, the owner, could have been more welcoming and accommodating. He overcharged us for a couple of bottles of sparkling wine and was quite insistent on payment, even though we were able to provide documentation of what we ordered from the menu (a WhatsApp text message). I would suggest placing greater emphasis on service and guest experience rather than solely on an impressive wine list..

We liked how close it was to the lifts. The hotel has comfortable rooms that are cleaned every day and they are quite spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area. The lobby area downstairs smelled great and was very cozy with all the sofas and a fireplace. There are also some great wines available
Our stay was great overall, but the breakfast was a major disappointment. The variety at breakfast was there, between sweet and savoury options but the pastries, the bread, even the ham was not fresh. Everything felt stale and dried out and it happened throughout our entire stay. It was either not stored properly or we were served stale food every morning. I’m not sure if this is a standard or we just experienced an odd week, but I’d expect better for that price. We’ve been to other hotels in Ponte di Legno and we know how great breakfasts can be with all the local food available. That alone would not encourage me to come back, even though the rest of our stay was great.
We have not used the spa as it didn’t seem worth the €20 p.p
