The location in central Jerusalem is hard to beat. The hotel suite provides good sized bedrooms and a spacious living area plus a kitchenette with fridge. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is someone at reception at all hours - we arrived at 3 a.m. and were greeted just the same as if we'd turned up at 3 p.m. Breakfast is included in the price, a typical buffet of local salads and cooked foods, as well as cereals, toast and scrambled eggs.
The table in the living area is just a breakfast bar with two high backed bar chairs. There's space for a table and that's what's needed. The narrow bar table looks good but it's not all that convenient.

The hotel is in a great location. The people who work there are super friendly. Special shoutout to Atwan and the lady in charge of housekeeping. Air conditioning was very cold and the beds were very comfortable. Shower is hot and strong. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and the beds and shower in this hotel were better than the other 2.
Property is a bit dated. The hallway carpet needs to be changed. The hallway air conditioning should be on the entire week. The toilet seat wasn't the correct size for the toilet and there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The lock to our room worked too well. I struggled to open it even with the key, the door jamb seemed damaged.

Staff are very kind and helpful. We were treated as family.Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Great Shabbat meals! Wonderful stay as always!

The staff was very nice and the room was ok.
There was construction going on in the lobby for our whole stay. The breakfast was not very good and a few days they didn't have anything. They ran out.
