The hotel is beautiful and immaculate .The staff are helpful and friendly and it really couldn't be in a better position, on a quiet side street but steps from the Seine and the metro.We stayed in room 54 with beautiful balcony.
The only things missing were an ice machine and perhaps robes in the bathroom.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
Newly remodeled and rooms were tastefully decorated
The beds were very comfortable
The location was central to attractions and restaurants.
There were inconsistencies with refilling water and coffee. Nothing serious, but somewhat annoying.

Location location location! 15 minute walk to Notre Dame. Lots of great restaurants right nearby
The room was smaller than just about any hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life (65 years). Although to their credit it was very comfortable for being small. Also we asked for the front desk to get us a taxi at 7:00 a.m. to make a critical international flight. When we showed up at 7:25, the staff at the front desk couldn't care less about calling. We finally had to walk out of the hotel and find our own taxi stand. Kind of frustrating!
