We booked this hotel last minute due to our flight being cancelled. Great hotel with a lovely spacious double room. Accommodating and friendly reception staff. Great location with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. Close to metro and 15 mins walk from Gare du Nord.

Location is good and the twin room a good size. close to a Metro station and about 25 min walk to Montemarte which is great. Luggage storage is available before checkin and after checkout which is really helpful
The air con advertised wasnt working fully in our room and didnt go lower than 23 degrees which wasnt good enough for August. have stayed here before and probably would again - just not in August

The hotel is in a very good location, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away and within easy reach of the Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. The breakfast was very good, and the reception staff were polite. The room was more comfortable and spacious than it appeared in the photos and than we expected based on the reviews we had read.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that air conditioning was advertised as being available in every room. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the hotel has a central air-conditioning system which was not working, and there were already two fans in our room. Despite our repeated complaints, during our 6-night stay the air conditioning only worked for the first 2 days. The temperature in the room was unbearable. Every time we complained at reception, we were told that they would call a technician, but the problem was never fixed. After hearing the same promises for days with no solution, we felt that we were simply being misled.
