Location is excellent for visiting among St Michel and area. Hotel is generally quiet and clean with excellent parking and breakfasts. The shuttle bus stops just a few hundred yards from accommodation.

Very unusual carpeting in the rooms which took a bit of getting used to but everything else was good. Accessing the private road to the hotels is a bit complicated but ok. Separate toilet is a good idea but needs a hand wash facility.

The hotel is very convenient when visiting Mont Saint Michel and a free shuttle picks up from the main road to take you to the island which is about 10 mins trip. My advice is get on the shuttle before 09:30 or it’s uncomfortably busy on both the shuttle and the island. Breakfast was plentiful.

Numerous bad points…… 1) There are no staff present at the hotel. If you need support then you must go to the reception of the Relais Hotel down the road. 2) The hotel sits in a gated area full of other hotels and a few eateries. The restaurants get full rapidly, so you must wait, and they are extortionately priced. There is minimal choice. 3) It felt like a social housing block (no disrespect to social housing intended). Yes it was clean, but there was little character and it felt like a cheap motel rather than quite a pricey hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.
