I was surprised at how large and well furnished the room was. Everything was beautiful and clean. While the lobby was not air conditioned, the room was, which was important as it was very hot during my stay. Also, the location is excellent, I felt very safe as a solo female traveler, very close to the metro and the village of Bourg la Reine is absolutely charming.
While I did enjoy the air conditioning in my room, at a certain point it got too cold. The air conditioning was central so I could not control it for my room. However, with how hot it was outside it really wasn't that big of a problem and I did not get sick from it blowing too much.

The breakfast was simple but adequate. The location could not be better, very close to the Rer and centre of Paris.
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
My partner did not feel comfortable using the lift.

Easy to access
The front desk staff didn’t allow me to access hot water. I thought they were rude. The gym was dirty and the machines were broken. I won’t come back.
