Location. On the sea front. They changed our room to Seaview, which is what you go there for.
Breakfast was lovely, good choices and plentiful

Fantastic view from the room. If not expensive for the UK
Building work. Was like living in a construction site. From. Real fast until the guys finished work. All the communal areas are tired.
