I really enjoyed my stay at Apartments Butua! The location is really good - short walk from the beaches, Budva Old Town and the shops. The complementary/included breakfast had plenty of options, which was great to start the day. Cleanliness and housekeeping was outstanding. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff, particularly Marko, and their willingness to go the extra mile to get the room ready before the standard check-in time, to store luggage etc. I will definitely seek out Apartments Butua if I visit Budva again.

Nice and cosy family hotel in a perfect location. Close to the city center (old town) and best beaches in Budva. I highly recommend this place. Marko and his mother (the owners) are nice people. We also like the view from a balcony.
