Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr familiär, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut viel Auswahl für jeden was dabei

While it is an older hotel, it has everything the guest requires. Our room ( 34) was large with a great outlook . The hotel is set in very attractive grounds with a large pool. The staff, especially Felice and the breakfast lady ,were wonderful. The breakfast was first class and the breakfast eating area was great. During our stay, the hotel seemed to be fully booked. It is clearly a popular place to stay in Merano.The stop for the bus into Merano is a short walk from. the hotel and the hotel can provide a free bus pass.

sehr schönes Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre, nette Inhaberin und nettes Personal, schöner kleiner Garten und schöner Außenpool, es war alles sauber und ordentlich, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, man kann diese aber noch zu Fuß erreichen, Fahrräder konnten sicher in der Garage untergestellt werden.
Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war trotzdem alles OK, Der Innenpool war leider kalt und es gab dort keine Liegen, aufgrund des Regens hätten wir es uns dort gern etwas gemütlich gemacht. Den Preis fand ich zu hoch, aber vermutlich ist das Preisniveau in Meran so.

Frühstück war GUT. Ist in Italien auch nicht selbstverständlich.
Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Maschinenöl-Geruch in der oberen Etage. Kommt vom Aufzug. Eine Renovierung des Hotels wird langsam fällig.
