Very quiet, independent entrance in my case, clean, well furnitured, a big bathroom, wellcome water in the fidge.
People, including me, stray looking for a separate entrance to the hostel, while it is the same as for the same name hotel there. Transfer to the Madrid center by bus, or a bus + metro.
The only thing missing is ability to make oneself coffee or tea in the room, so would be nice to have a kind of electric kettle. Flowing water generates some noice, but it was not so much annoying for me. It is not possible to get to the airport by one bus. A change is required, but it takes normally about 1/2h.

Convenient location near the airport, good for a short stay. The room was clean, quiet (despite the motorway just in front of the hotel), the bathroom also was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a gas station near the hotel (in case you need to fuel up your rental car before drop-off). Also they say they provide shuttles to/from the airport, but we didn't use it.
Overall very good value for money.
There is no places of interest near the hotel, and the public transportation options are limited. You need to use a car or taxi.

Clean
First, location is very strange., we didn’t know the area . Had a layover, so we were looking for a place near the airport. There are several food options but all seemed super strange. Race led with my teenage daughter. We didn’t feel super safe out walking. Front desk person was very - not friendly . Could have been language barrier. But not extra at all.
