I arrived extremely tired after a long business trip, and the staff immediately impressed me with their attentiveness. They kindly offered me a room on the ground floor to minimize walking distance, which I truly appreciated. They also showed me the room in advance to ensure everything met my expectations before I settled in.
Throughout my stay, their level of care was exceptional. They were attentive to every detail — truly every detail. When I encountered a few minor issues, the team acted with remarkable speed and professionalism, resolving everything in the most efficient way possible.
In short, it felt like a haven on earth. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values outstanding service and genuine hospitality.
