It’s a smart, well equipped, modern hotel in an excellent location close to the railway station.
The staff are very helpful and they are always very accommodating with our bicycles, which are our usual mode of transport when we visit St-Malo

I loved the location. The town was the best part of our visit to France. The staff was friendly by American standards (extremely friendly by French standards).
The room could have been a little cleaner. There was a huge stain on the carpet that a quick shampoo would have taken care of. I celebrated my 57th birthday and our 35th anniversary during this trip. I think the towels in the room did too. The site said there was parking but it was full so we had to park nearby (not really too big of an inconvenience though). Last thing, on the first morning we had breakfast my wife had a dirty glass on the table so she didn’t use it. The next morning we sat at the same table and the glass was still there, and still dirty.
