Pool was lovely.
Air con in the bedrooms was lovely.
Michelle was helpful. Particularly putting us in an apartment next to our friends.
Location was good for getting buses and getting to the beach.
A number of restaurants nearby (some lovely and others not so great)
The garden was lovely and unexpected.
Air con in the living room was hit and miss.
The electrics were not great if you wanted to use the oven - had to switch everything else off!
Could do with some more glasses. No bottle opener (purchased one and left it there)
A bit of written information would have been useful about the local area.
The closest beach was beautiful but so busy - much quieter beach accessible by bus.

It was clean. Water pressure in shower was great!
Michelle was very helpful on everything we needed.
Everything was working properly. No issues.
Seperating trash since we are not use to it in their way!

The location was perfect - very close to the airport, good facilities in the flat, shop and restaurants nearby.
Air-conditioning was working for about 3 hrs a day.
We were told it will happen if too many things were switched on, but even with absolutely nothing on, the aircon would not work.
When choosing holiday home during the summer season, aircon is always "ticked" as a must. I would not stay at the property if I knew that aircon would bot work.
We have traveled as 3 mothers with 3 young kids.
The 1st morning we went to the pool with some inflatables, and we have been screamed at in Italian from some of the flat owners at the compound.
We didn't understand anything, so they came up running - 4 adults (2 females and 2 males), where one was speaking English.
He has told us that we need to take the inflatables out immediately, otherwise they will shut the pool.
They kept pointing at swimming pool rules written in Italian, and as we were saying that we didn't understand them, they kept telling us to get the inflatables out, otherwise they will call the police.
Bearing in mind we are there with 3 kids, it was very uncomfortable experience and situation.
We have also been told that if we dont like the rules, we can get out of their country (I myself live in Europe).
I have received a phone call from the flat owner/coordinator telling me to get the inflatables out, and that its a common sense not to take it to the pool.
There was literally 2 people at the pool during the interaction, and we always planned to remove them if more people would appear.
