The hotel is elegant and well maintained, with a classic atmosphere and an excellent location. Breakfast is abundant, varied, and served in a pleasant environment. The bed is large and very comfortable. The staff are polite and numerous, always available to help. Overall, the hotel facilities — pool, sauna, and common areas — are beautiful and well cared for.
I had two unpleasant experiences during my stay. After reporting a broken table leg, maintenance entered my room without my authorization — something that should never happen in a hotel of this level. In addition, my room key was constantly deactivating; I had to return to reception several times a day to reactivate it, which became exhausting.
Another point is that on weekends the hotel fills up with families with small children and babies, which creates a lot of noise — especially around the pool and restaurant. I understand that it’s ideal for families, but for someone traveling alone and seeking rest, it was quite disturbing.

Super clean, modern well-designed hotel in a great location on the Maceió beachfront. The room was enormous and the bed was even bigger! Very comfortable. Subtle air-con that did it's job without being audible. The wifi was quality. Nice bathroom and great, powerful shower. Fast elevators and it never took long for one to arrive. Great breakfast with lots of quality choices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooftop pool wasn't available, but I wasn't bothered about that as I was too busy to use it. The hotel were offering a free transfer service though to one of their other hotels to use that pool.

Phenomenal staff overall, everybody is super polite and treats you well. Shower is very good, food is amazing on the breakfast and for the lunch/dinner restaurant, too. Everything is clean, well organized and beautiful. Incredible and charming fish at the entrance, such a nice addition that I didn't know I needed. The entrance guy responsible for the luggage handling had an amazing voice, he could be a voice actor.
Shower drain was clogged. We could change rooms, of course, but we only noticed after unpacking everything, and our stay was just one day to celebrate a birthday. I think this needs to be checked when a guest is coming in.
Another thing is both me and my girlfriend had a stomach ache after the breakfast. So something there was probably off.

The staff was nice.
The room was old, breakfast was not good. For the price, I paid I was expecting a better hotel, and not even helped with the luggage upstairs. I will never stay at a hotel in Maceió, I think the hotels in the North outside the city are better prepared, and you feel more like in vacation.
