I liked the swimming pool and sun lounging area it was clean and comfortable.
I didn’t like the amount of stairs we had to climb to our room (130) my wife has asthma and found this very uncomfortable.
As it had been raining the day we arrived the stairs we very slippery and dangerous and there was puddles of water everywhere, I would have expected this to mopped and wiped as the stairs were are marble material and I slipped a few times.
The toilets also smelled of the outside drainage and the smell was unpleasant and unbearable, we had to complain on four occasions and they responded on the 3rd day to fix this issue. As a result of this fix our shower flooded for one day which was also inconvenient for the family.
Also there was inadequate storage in the room for a family of four only one wardrobe with five hangers and two drawers which is disgraceful as we had to live out of our cases for one week( 7 days)! Very unacceptable for a family of four.
