All the staff were truly kind—always smiling and helpful—and the reception team was excellent. The room with a private pool was fantastic. The food at the buffet is excellent and caters to all tastes; there is always a great variety to suit every need. There are many restaurants, some of which are located right on the beach. The hotel is very large and spacious, featuring several swimming pools of varying depths, as well as a very long beach equipped with plenty of umbrellas by the water’s edge. The entertainment team is very good, consisting of young, friendly staff. The organized tours are also excellent—we went on an excursion to El Luli with Macarius, and it was wonderful.
The only slight inconvenience is the sea right in front of the beach: there are only a few centimeters of water for swimming before you reach the reef. Alternatively, you can head to the jetty and swim in the open sea beyond the reef. In any case, the sea is fantastic in both spots.

Only one pool , We spent 4 nights and two nights there was a red flag and we couldn't swim.
Although they gave us three bedroom but the room was far away from everything without any view.
