Clean, great location, very pleasant staff. Dove soap and shampoo.
Old fashioned card key system. WiFi connection system is bad, disconnecting all the time, especially once logged on the phone, it would disconnect the computer.
The restaurant menu on WhatsApp also keeps disconnecting.

I had a wonderful stay at the La Marvella. The room was clean, confortable and the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The service was good and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would like to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The food is good the service a bit impersonal. Three people called to ask me about the extended checkout time of 1 hr which was confirmed by email. The facilities very average. This is def not a 5* hotel. At best a 3 Star plus. The rates are very high for that.
Very poor service nobody cares ... I would prefer a bit of personal touch. The food was good and they have good coffee, but the prices were atrocious. Similarly no one called to ask for water or any addnl service or reminder for breakfast etc.. would be nice if they could get those specs in place, considering the location.

Staff and food (breakfast and restaurant) were great! Gym was good too.
They need to renovate the pool area and fix some things in the room. I also couldn’t see outside my room windows as they were painted white for some reason. The pillows were all very high and I slept without a pillow. The system for the light switches and remote control of curtains is impractical.
